1). MULTI/2 FACTOR AUTHORISATION – Multi or 2 Factor Authorisation is being by-passed by inventing new scams. We know that security-threats evolve as fast the technology itself. I expect all SMEs to be using the 2FA&MFA protocol wherever possible if not add it as a priority. Trevor Cooke, an online privacy expert at EarthWeb, sheds light on some effective strategies you can use to safeguard your SME.

2). REPORT: 60% of SMEs say they are as concerned about Cybersecurity threats according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce‘s first-quarter small-business index has revealed that 60% of SMEs say they are concerned about cybersecurity threats, and 58% are concerned about a supply chain breakdown at the same time mitigating the effects of another Pandemic. I urge you to read this post as its the same for EU SMEs

3). BIG TECH: EU Targets Big Tech in Digital Markets Act Investigation – The European Commission has launched a non-compliance investigation under the Digital Markets Act on a group of so called “Big Tech” firms including Google Play and Apples App Store. The Commission suspects that the measures put in place by these gatekeepers fall short of effective compliance of their obligations under the Digital Markets Act.
