TAKE-DOWN: GERMANY – BKA Take Down “NEMESIS Market” in major initiative against Darknet – The Bundeskriminalamt, Germany’s Federal Police force have seized “NEMESIS Market” in a major offensive against Darknet operations. “NEMESIS Market” emerged in 2021 and is reported to have had 150,000 users and over 1,100 vendor accounts. The Darknet “NEMESIS Market” offered narcotics, fraudulent data (banking& credit card data) fake documents & Cybercrime-as-a-service including Ransomware, Phishing & DDoS attacks.

2). DIGITAL IDENTITY – EU PROPOSES THE EU DIGITAL IDENTITY. The EU Digital Identity will be available to EU citizens, residents, and businesses who want to identify themselves or provide confirmation of certain personal information. It can be used for both online and offline public and private services across the EU.

BENEFITS: Operated via digital wallets the EU Digital Identity will be a simple and safe way to control how much information you want to share with services that require sharing of information.
