UK: POLICE ARREST 17 YEAR OLD CYBER CRIMINAL – In a joint operation with the FBI, West Midlands Police have arrested a 17 year old boy regarding the Ransomware assault on MGM Resorts in Las Vegas. The arrest is part of a global investigation into a large-scale cyber-hacking community known as Scattered Spider, Octo Tempest, 0ktapus, or UNC3944, which is thought to have been behind several attacks.
