1). COMPLIANCE: NIS2 – The new NIS2 or Network and Information Security directive came into force back in January 2023 but will become effective as national legislation by all EU member states by 17th October this year (2024) The NIS2 Directive will have huge impact for a wide arrange of organisations including Small & Medium Sized Enterprises. CYBERInsights aims to be the “Go to” resource for all legislation that has repercussions for the European SME – to that end we have compiled a series of Special Features addressing all relevant compliance including NIS2
