UK: HORIZON CONSPIRACY – The Post Office /Fujitsu /HorizonIT Conspiracy gathers gravitas prompting Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak to address the commons yesterday [100124] announcing the government will bring in a new law to “swiftly exonerate and compensate victims” of the Post Office scandal. CYBER ANALYSIS: Public enquiries historically are laborious in my opinion, for public opinion to die down. Still I say that those identified in this conspiratorial cover-up must be prosecuted under current “perverting the course of Justice” legislation. EU: CYBERSECURITY LEGISLATION – The new Cybersecurity Regulation outlining measures for a high common level of cybersecurity at the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union entered into force yesterday [070124]. The New Regulation lays down measures for the establishment of an internal cybersecurity risk management, governance and control framework for each Union entity, and sets up a new Interinstitutional Cybersecurity Board (IICB) to monitor and support its implementation by Union entities.
